BA in Business Catholic University-Quito Ecuador, CPA Catholic University-Quito Ecuador, Comercial Engenier specialized in productivity Catholic University-Quito. Fernando work experience includes important companies in Ecuador, Colombia and the US. Fernando is founder of Team Builders, a leading proffesional training company in Ecuador. He is founder of a very succesful Internet startup in professional development called Kamaleon whith operations in Quito, Guayaquil, Bogota and Medellin. Fernando is also a partner in a leading interactive media develoment company in Ecuador. At present he is a teacher of Strategic Management at the Catholic University in Quito. He has been a tutor in Statistics, Accounting and Finances at Willamette University in Oregon US. As a trainer he has worked for General Motors, Erricson, Produbanco, Israriego, Seguros Pichincha, Techniseguros, Salud, all the main Universities in Ecuador, etc.

He currently works for Kamaleon Corp. as Manager of Business Development.

  • Fernando Miño Garcés, Ph. D. in Applied Linguistics from the University of Georgetown, Washington D. C. Around 30 years of experience as a language and linguistics professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador among other institutions. He has also worked as the executive director of several university exchange programs. He is the author of many books on bilingualism, methodology, and has experience as an educational consultant. He is the current Executive Director of ACLAS.

  • Gustavo Fierro, Ph. D. in Applied Linguistics from the University of Georgetown, Washington D. C., M. A. from the University of California. He is currently a professor at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito and has over 35 years of experience in the teaching field, especially in linguistics and languages.

  • Fanny Carrión, M. A. from Berkeley University, California. She has many years of experience teaching literature and Spanish as a second language. She is the author of several books and articles on literary criticism and poetry.
