Student Registration Form

Please help us prepare for your program by completing this Registration Form as completely and honestly as possible. 

A few important notes - please read before starting the form:

  • When uploading a photo please be sure that it is a recent, passport-like photo of your face so that we can clearly identify you.

  • If you do not have your passport yet, or you are in the process of renewing your passport, please enter all zeros (00000000) where we ask for your passport number. Do not enter an expired passport number.

  • When entering your birth date please note that you must enter the day first, then the month, then the year (dd/mm/yyyy)

  • On the form you'll be asked to write a letter to your homestay family. This can be written in English or Spanish. Write about who you are, your personality, what you love, what you don't like, allergies or illnesses and anything else you think would be important to share.
